Adrian sargent
With a passion for Sustainable Finance Adrian has a career in Treasury spanning over 20 years in senior Treasury roles at a number of financial services companies (Morgan Stanley, HBOS, Tesco Bank, BlackRock, Virgin Money). He has extensive experience in building, developing and managing Treasury teams as well as problem solving and responding to regulatory requirements/requests. He is a chartered accountant and Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
Ailsa Bruce
A Chartered Accountant and Associate Member of Association of Corporate Treasurers with a broad range of experience across financial services from retail products, corporate finance, investments to secured funding transactions. Wide experience of capital and liquidity regulation and stress testing from interpretation to implementation and continued risk management. Strong focus on social responsibility, particularly in the housing sector.
Julie King
Significant experience with a wide range of financial institutions from challenger banks to international groups. Specialisms include: Asset and Liability Management (ALM) implementation, development for IRRBB, FTP and Liquidity; Regulatory rules interpretation and implementation; Project management - requirements gathering, solution definition, build, test and delivery.
Douglas Reid
Douglas has experience of both high volume international banks treasury departments and setting up Treasury for start up institutions. He can provide: independent guidance for the board on treasury and risk; developing trading & risk management strategies; implement counterparty strategies to improve market liquidity and pricing; business change & product development; improving risk management; Treasury policies and documentation.
Daphne Biliouri-Grant
Daphne has been working within the area of due diligence, reputational risk management and corporate governance for over 25 years. She was the co-founder and Director of a reputational risk management consultancy, advising government and corporate clients on issues of corporate governance, sustainability, political risk and reputational risk, particularly in emerging and frontier markets. She has extensive international experience having lived and worked in numerous countries over the years and a specialist knowledge promoting social responsibility and sustainability within the business strategy of corporate entities.
A highly accomplished and invaluable business leader with a wealth of expertise within analysis, due diligence, ESG practices, and the reputational risk management of organisations, Daphne applies a holistic approach to sustainability and good governance and is able to challenge constructively in the best interest of a company or organisation. With an understanding of how integrity and reputation play a defining role in term of business success, she is able to assist companies to implement elements of reputational management not traditionally perceived as part of a company’s growth strategy.
Daphne possesses a powerful transformative presence with the ability to identify vulnerabilities to reputation which would be critical if not addressed and in doing so, supporting financial, brand and commercial growth.
She is currently authoring a business guide on Sustainability, Corporate Governance and Reputational Management for senior executives.
Colin Edwards
Colin has experience in the banking industry which includes 20 years in finance, treasury, projects, risk and governance covering both domestic and international banks. This includes setting up asset liability systems to capture IRRBB, liquidity stress testing and funds transfer pricing. Review of treasury policies, risk governance and ALCO development. BCBS principals for risk data aggregation and risk reporting including meta data, development of risk data controls and assurance for liquidity risk metrics including Bank of England facilities.
He is a Chartered Banker, a Member of the Securities Institute and Chartered Institute for IT. He has a keen interest in sustainability and social responsibility.
As a team we can provide a wide variety of services from non-executive director and board training sessions to detailed process and procedure mapping across the full range of ESG, treasury and accounting areas. We have extensive experience across a range of institutions and specialisms across the globe.
The team are also available for interim and contract work for specific projects/initiatives.
